KTDA Management Services Ltd, KTDA (MS), invites tenders from interested firms for supply of green tea leaf carrying bags and diesel-run generators for KTDA and its managed tea factories on framework contract.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non-refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 9th November, 2021 at 9.30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
