TARMACKING OF MJANAHERI-NGOMENI ROAD, MAGARINI SUB-COUNTY, KILIFI COUNTY, KENYA 2024

COAST DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TENDER FEBRUARY 2024  

OPEN INTERNATIONAL TENDER
The Government of the Republic of Kenya has received a loan from the Government of the Italian Republic to finance the
Malindi Integrated Social and Health Development Programme Phase II (MISHDP-II) in Malindi and Magarini sub-counties
within Kilifi County. Part of the loan intends to finance the Tarmacking of Mjanaheri-Ngomeni Road Project.
The terms and condition of the contract and payment for this work shall be subject in all aspect to the terms and conditions
of the Loan Agreement including the guidelines for Procurement.
The Project Executing Entity, Coast Development Authority invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the implementation
of the project as described below;

1. Tendering will be conducted under Open International Tender that is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained by interested Tenderers free of charge by downloading from
the following website(s); Coast Development Authority (CDA) www.cda.go.ke or Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke or the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) www.aics.gov.it
3. All interested Tenderers are required to continually check the following website(s); Coast Development Authority
(CDA) www.cda.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke or the Italian Agency
for Development Cooperation (AICS) www.aics.gov.it for any tender addendum or clarification that may arise before
submission/closing date.
4. Tenderers shall submit the completed Tender Documents; One (1) original and One (1) copy in plain sealed envelopes
with the Tender Number, Tender Name and Tenderer’s Name clearly marked on the envelope delivered by hand
or registered mail to the address below on or before the closing/opening date and time;
