REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

(CONSULTING SERVICES – (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT SELECTION)

1. The Ministry of Education has received funding from international development association (IDA), the Glob- al
partnership for Education, and the LEGO Foundation toward the cost of the Kenya Primary Education Equity
in Learning Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services
include Technical Assistant on Policy, Project Management and Coordination
2. The Ministry of Education now invites eligible consultants (Individual consultants) to indicate their interest
in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the
required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Master’s
degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences education, Law or equivalent; At least 10 years of working
experience in school management. International experience and performance at an equivalent level or senior
management level of a government institution, will be an added advantage.
