TENDER DOCUMENT FOR DEPLOYMENT, DIGITIZATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ELECTRONIC RECORDS & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EDRMS)

1.    Further information as pertains to this tender may be obtained during working hours (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm using the following address: The Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation, UAP Old Mutual building, Nairobi, Tel: +254 20 6677000, Email: procurement@kdic.go.ke.

2.    Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings, and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

3.    Tender Security of Kshs 500,000.00 is required for this tender.

(b)      Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and title should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Reception of KDIC Offices on 16^th floor of UAP Old Mutual along Upper hill road before 22 December 2020 10:00 am

4. Tenders will be opened on 22 December 2020 10:00 am

5.   in the presence of the tenderers representatives who may choose to attend the opening at the KDIC Boardroom on 16^h floor of UAP Old Mutual towers.

6.    Bidders are required to serialize all the pages of the bid document submitted including any addendums, appendices and attachments.
