INVITATION TO TENDER
CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: Framework agreements for goods and services
1. The National Council for Population and Development (NCPD) invites sealed tenders for
the provision of services, i.e. Framework agreements for goods and services, Office at
Chancery Building Valley Road, NAIROBI and 11 regional offices Tendering will be
conducted under open competitive method. Tendering is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers.

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [ i.e., 0900 to1500 hours] at the address given below. More
details on the requirements are provided in PART 2, Section V – Description of goods, of
the Tender Document.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya shillings 1,000 in Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically
from the Websites (www.ncpd.go.ke and www.ppip.go.ke ). Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to (procurement@ncpd.go.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of kshs 100,000 per lot or service
line tendered
6. The Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 31st October,2022 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Applicants shall ensure that their individual tenders are clearly marked as below: –

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
