Mangu High School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the proposed 1.3km Perimeter wall. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00.
The following conditions and documents are mandatory and shall form part of determination of responsiveness.
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance.
iii. Copy of KRA Pin Certificate.
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate.
- Registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA) Category NCA6 (Building) and above.
- Proof of payment for tender document.
vii. Provision of Bids Security of Kshs 350,000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee Insurance.
viii. Copy of CR 12 with copies of Directors IDs.
- Detailed company profile showing adequate relevant equipment (owned or lease) and qualified personnel.
- Proof of similar work of similar magnitude.
- Certified copy of audited financial report from a reputable firm for the last three years.

And must be dropped to the school tender box on or before 22nd December, 2021, at 11.00am. Tender opening will be the same day at 12.00 noon.
