Ruiru Juja Water and Sewerage Company [RUJWASCO] now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Tender for Construction of Kenyatta Road Sewer Line Inter connection works.
Bidding will be conducted by means of the National Open Tender procedure with qualifications as specified in PPADA 2015 and PPADR 2020 for Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Services.
A complete set of bidding documents is available to interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 [Kenya Shillings One Thousand only]. The bidding documents may also be downloaded from the Ruiru Water and Sewerage Company website: www.RuiruWater.co.ke or PPIP free of charge. Bidders who download the bidding documents from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ruiruwater.co.ke for records and any further clarifications and addenda.
Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in the bidding document on or before 10Am East African Time on 02nd August 2023. The Envelopes should be clearly marked; Tender for Construction of Kenyatta Road Sewer Line Inter connection works.
Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives.
A pre-bid meeting shall take place on 21st July 2023 at 10:30 AM Thika Road Foot Bridge next Juja Preparatory School. The pre-bid meeting and the site visit shall be mandatory.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kshs. 800,000 [Kenya Shillings Eight Hundred Thousand].
