INVITATION TO TENDER 
CONSTRUCTION OF MATERNITY FEEDER ROADS IN CLAY CITY WARD 
TENDER NO. NCC/WDF/T/262/2022-2023 
The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for the CONSTRUCTION OF MATERNITY FEEDER ROADS
IN CLAY CITY WARD TENDER NO. NCC/WDF/T/262/2022-2023
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
This invitation to bid is restricted to SPECIAL GROUP only, as defined in the advert ,and are legally registered or incorporated in the Republic of Kenya (Note: Provide a copy of registration certificate from the National treasury) as of the time of bid submission. Registration with National Construction Authority (NCA) categories 5, 6 and 7 as a contractor is mandatory.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800 to 1700 hrs. at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NOT APPLICABLE in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.nairobi.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nairobi.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to nairobiprocurement.@gmail.com,tofacilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 140days
from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 p.m 21st March 2023.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
