TENDER INVITATION NOTICE

The National Government – Constituency Development Fund, Lugari Constituency, invites proposals from interested eligible bidders for the following tenders for the Financial Year 2022/2023.

Bidders must meet the following Mandatory requirements

  • Provide certified copies of certificate of incorporation in the name of the
  • Attach a valid NCA certificate category 5 and above
  • Provide copies of KRA PIN, VAT Certificate and Valid Tax Compliance
  • Copy of CR12 and copies of ID card for the Directors
  • Valid single Business Permit
  • Submit Tender Security sum of equivalent to 2% of the amount quoted, valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
  • Details and evidence of experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last three years giving certificates of practical completion and details of clients who may be contacted for further
  • Provide proof of availability major items of construction equipment to carry out the proposed works

Tender documents may be obtained from the NG-CDF Lugari Constituency Office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000 to A/c No. 1312925418, KCB Webuye Branch.

Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender Name and Tender No. may be deposited in the Tender Box at the NG-CDF Office addressed to:

To be received on or before Monday, 5th June, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. (EAT).

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the NGCDF Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

Amounts quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening.
