World Vision Kenya [WVK] is a Christian, relief, advocacy and development organization that is committed to improving the well-being of children, families and communities in Kenya through projects in most parts of the country. We hereby invite expressions of interest from potential vendors for the Extension of Athi – Mutomo Water Project (Mutomo – Kanziko) as per the below Lots.
Interested and eligible bidders are allowed to express interest for ONLY ONE LOT and to specifically indicate which Lot they are expressing interest.

| Interested and eligible bidders should meet the following minimum requirements: –
1. Must be a registered firm in country of operation 2. Must have a current CR12 or equivalent document detailing firm directors 3. The Contractor must possess registration in specialist category of Water WorksNCA3 or higher with National Construction Authority [NCA] or equivalent 4. Must have Tax PIN registration and valid Tax Compliance Certificate. 5. Must provide a 5% bid bond and confirmation of ability to place 10% Performance Bond from a bank. |

Must have Tax PIN registration and valid Tax Compliance Certificate. 5. Must provide a 5% bid bond and confirmation of ability to place 10% Performance Bond from a bank. |

Instructions for submission of completed documents shall be indicated on the invitation to tender document which will be availed after expression of interest.
