Background
The project “Promotion of Climate-Friendly Cooking: Kenya and Senegal” (GCF/EnDev),
implemented by GIZ, Ministry of Energy and other implementing partners targets to build the capacity and professionalise local stove production enterprises with regards to improving stove production processes for stoves and. stove components (e.g. ceramic liners) including metal fabrication and assembly processes. Part of the support shall comprise provision of machines, tools, equipment & basic infrastructure for stove production and related technical assistance.
Call to bid
GIZ is seeking to procure for workbenches and shelves for stove producers. In this regard, GIZ is calling for potential suppliers to bid for the design, fabrication and supply of the required items.
Send a blank email expressing your interest with tender reference GIZ/9n57245 in the subject line to: (KE_lnquiry@giz.de) between 12.11.2021 to 16.11.2021.
You will receive tender documents, with further information on 17.11.2021, thereafter no tender documents will be received.
Clarification requests must be sent through the e-mail (KE_lnquiry@giz.de) by 19.11.2021 to be responded to via email by 22.11.2021.
If interested, please submit your complete proposal together with the requested documents in a SEALED ENVELOPE clearly marked TENDER NO: GIZ/91157245, addressed as follows and dropped to the tender box available in Kenya.
Failure to address correctly will lead to disqualification.
