AGRICULTURAL FINANCE CORPORATION TENDER 2020 

Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) is a wholly owned Government Development Finance Institution (DFI) incorporated under the Agricultural Finance Corporation Act (Cap 323 of the Laws of Kenya). AFC is charged with the mandate of supporting the development of agriculture and agriculture industries by making loans and providing managerial and technical assistance to the loan beneficiaries.

The Corporation invites sealed bids from interested and eligible candidates for the sale of Land and Buildings.

NB: Bidders are encouraged to liaise with our Branch Offices at AFC Nakuru and Bungoma (for Kimilili) for Site Visits for the Land and Buildings before submission of their bids.

Detailed tender documents may be viewed and obtained by interested and eligible bidders free of charge from the Corporation’s Website: www.agrifinance.org.

The completed tender document enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly quoting the Tender Number as indicated above should be sent through Registered Mail or deposited in the Tender Box located on 5th floor, Development House, Nairobi, addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 12 noon Wednesday, 14th October, 2020. The Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12.30 pm at the AFC/ADC 3rd Floor Conference Room, Development House, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
