INVITATION TO TENDER 
DISPOSAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES, ICT EQUIPMENT, USED TYRES , FURNITURE, OTHER ASSORTED ITEMS .
TENDER REF – KEPROBA/SCM/18/AD/001/2022-2023 

1. The Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to
purchase unserviceable and obsolete items.
2. Bidders are advised to download bidding documents free of charge from The Kenya Export Promotion and
Branding Agency website: www.makeitkenya.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . and immediately forward their
particulars for records and purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and /or addendums to :
prc@brand.ke
3. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will be
sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
4. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at the address
given below.
5. Tenderers will be required to pay in advance are fundable deposit as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions
to tenderers.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 13th December 2022 11:00 am
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the
closing date of the tender
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
