INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR FLEET AND FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (FRAMEWORK CONTRACTING FOR ONE (1) YEAR RENEWABLE FOR TWO YEARS SUBJECT TO
PERFORMANCE)
NEGOTIATION NO. CGK/FC/014/2024-25
1. The County Government of Kiambu-Department of Roads, Transport, Public Works, and Utilities invites
sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. FLEET AND FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [open tender-national] using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in
PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.kiambu.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document may forward their particulars immediately to
(procurement@kiambu.go.ke)to facilitate any further clarification or addendum
6. No tender Security will be required
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted manually so as to be received on or before [24th DECEMBER 2024 at 10:00 HRS].
9. Electronic Tenders [will not] be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
