1. The Nairobi City County Assembly Service Board invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery
   of mineral water and disposable plastic cup(tumblers) for a period of three years. Tendering will be
   conducted under open competitive method (National Tender) using a standardized tender document.
   Tender is open to all qualified and interested (AGPO-Youth) group registered by National Treasury
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours i.e .0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. Tender documents may be
   viewed and/or downloaded free of charge from the Nairobi City County Assembly website
   www.nairobiassembly.go.ke or from the government tender portal www.tenders.go.ke
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
   of a non- refundable fees of KES 1,000.00 payable to Nairobi City County Assembly Account at the
   Co-operative Bank of Kenya, City Hall Branch, Account Number 01141232417500. Tender
   documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
   Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
   www.nairobiassembly.go.ke OR Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke

4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security declaration form” in the format provided.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be submitted through IFMIS Portal: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke/ on or
   before 5th May, 2025 at 12.00noon.
7. Tender shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendering shall remain valid
   for a period of 120 days from the date of tender opening.
8. Complete tender must be delivered through IFMIS as PDF scanned documents (Google Links are
   not allowed).
9. Electronic tender will be permitted.

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
    date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
    designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

11. Late tenders will be rejected.
