Supply of Fuel Oil to the Rabai Power Plant
Rabai Power Limited (RPL) wishes to invite eligible licensed Fuel Suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the provision of Residual Fuel oil to the Rabai Power Plant.
Rabai Power Limited owns and operates a 90MW Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) fuelled Power Plant located at Rabai, 20km inland from Mombasa. The Plant started full commercial operations in May 2010 and consumes on average 60,000 tonnes of HFO per annum.
A complete set of tender documents including a Request for Proposals and a draft Fuel Supply Agreement may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings sixty Thousand (Kshs 60,000/-) only in the form of a bankers cheque payable to Rabai Power Limited, from:
