| There shall be a Mandatory Site Visit at Olkaria II Geothermal Power Station on 27th October, 2020 starting at 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. followed thereafter by a Pre-Bid Conference at Olkaria II Conference Room. |

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security /Tender Securing Declaration Form where applicable in the form and amount specified and must be delivered in plain sealed envelope clearly labeled with the tender number and tender description before the closing date to the following address: –

Note: The tender documents should be dropped in the tender box located on Ground Floor at Ken- Gen, RBS building. Bids that cannot fit in the tender box should be submitted to the Supply Chain Director office located on Ground Floor, KenGen Pension Plaza 2 before submission deadline
Tenders will be opened soon after the closing time in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who choose to attend at KenGen Pension Plaza 2, Tender opening room, Ground floor.
