INVITATION TO TENDER
PROCUREMENT FOR PROVISION OF AIR TICKETING SERVICES (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)
L TENDER No. MOPM/ONT/01/2022-2023
The Ministry of Petroleum and Mining invites sealed tenders for;
1. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of charge upon
downloading from the Ministry’s website www.petroleumandmining.go.ke or the Government tender
portal www.tenders.go.ke.
3. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement.
4. Completed tenders in plain sealed envelopes bearing the Tender number and Name must be delivered
to the address below and shall be deposited in the Tender Box marked MOPM on or before 5
th October,
2022 at 10:30am EAT. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
5. Tenders will be opened immediately on 21st floor, room 21-25, Nyayo house on 5
th October, 2022 at
10:30am. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
