INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF GRATUITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
TENDER NO: NAKS/T/02/2022-2023
The NEPAD/APRM KENYA SECRETARIAT invites sealed tenders for the provision of GRATUITY
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS using
a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours [0900 to
1600 hours] at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2
– Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
3. Tender documents containing detailed information on the tenders can freely be downloaded
from the NAKS website www.nepadaprmkenya.go.ke or PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
Bidders who have downloaded the document from the website must forward their particulars
immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to
procurement@nepadaprmkenya.go.ke
4. All Tender must be accompanied by ATENDER SECURITY OF KSH.200,000.00
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before, 13TH SEPTEMBER,2022
. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
