TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF OUTSORCED CLEANING SERVICES (IN – HOUSE CLEANING)

The Cooperative University of Kenya (CUK) invites sealed bids from Eligible and Competent
Tenderers for Provision of Cleaning Services (In-House Cleaning) 2022/2024
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the Tender Documents at
Cooperative University of Kenya, Karen Campus Procurement Office during normal working
hours or downloaded from Cooperative University of Kenya website www.cuk.ac.ke free of
charge.
Prices quoted for tenders should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya
Shillings and shall remain valid for 150 days from the closing date of the particular tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, Marked with
‘TENDER DOCUMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF OUTSORCED CLEANING
SERVICES (IN – HOUSE CLEANING) & THE TENDER NUMBER AND SHOULD BE
ADDRESSED TO:

Or placed in the Tender Box located at the Administration Block ( A) entrance. The documents
should be in plain sealed envelopes indicating the Tender Number, without identifying the sender
so as to reach the University not later Thursday ,8th September 2022 at 2.00 PM Bids will
be opened immediately thereafter in the Vice Chancellor’s Boardroom in the presence of
bidders/their representatives, MOH’s Covid 19, regulations will be strictly adhered to.
