INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CHAINLINK FENCE CONSTRUCTION AT KAPSILIOT NATURE PARK IN UASIN GISHU COUNTY
TENDER NO. CGU/W&E/T/001/2022-2023
1. The County Government of Uasin Gishu invites sealed tenders for the construction of Proposed Chainlink
Fence Construction at Kapsiliot Nature Park in Uasin Gishu County.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours[insert office hoursif applicable i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] atthe address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of (NOT APPLICABLE) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.uasingishu.go.ke and
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.uasingishu.go.ke) and
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document mustforward their particularsimmediately to
(supplychain@uasingishu.go.ke)to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.Tendersshall remain valid for (120) days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs. 2% of your tender sum in form of banker’s cheque,
Bank or Insurance guarantee valid for at least 150 days after the date of tender opening.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be uploaded through IFMIS Suppliers Portal (http://supplier.treasury.go.ke) on or before 10th
Nov 2022 at 10.30 am. Hard copies of Tenders documents will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
