The (Youth, Gender, Labour, Sports and Social Security Services,) invites sealed tenders for the construction of
(proposed completion of social hall at (kabarnet)
1. (PHASE 1) AT (KABARNET) Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method nationall
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group that is eligible to tender, i.e. tendering is open to
e.g. all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with ……………………………..”.
Incase this tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one
or more Lots”. (NOT APPLICABLE)
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [office hours 0800 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of (not applicable) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(www.baringo.go.ke)’Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (ifmis portal). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (53-30400 kabarnet address) to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (…)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [Provide a bid bond security of KSH.260,000.00
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
