INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROPOSED COMPLETION OF STOREYED TUITION BLOCK

Invitation to Bid Number: SC/MOE/SCMS/CHS/003/22 – 23 
1. The BOM, Chianda High School invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Completion of Storeyed Tuition Block and
Laboratories
2.Tendering will be conducted under Direct Procurement Method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours i.e. 0900to1500hoursattheaddressgivenbelow.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs 1,000/= in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for One Hundred Fifty Four (154) days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security (Tender/Bid Bond) of Kshs 450,000/= (Four Hundred Fifty
Thousand)
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completedtendersmustbedeliveredtotheaddressbelowonorbefore28th March, 2023 at 1000 hours. Electronic Tenders
will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
