Detailed Tender documents detailing the requirements of the tender may be download for free from the university’s website www.kemu.ac.ke. Bidders must serialize, stamp and sign all pages of each bid submitted and must send their contact details to suppliesgakemu.ac.ke for any communication and for records purposes.
Bidders shall submit an original and a copy of all Tender Documents clearly marked .”Original” or “Copy” and packaged together. Sealed and duly completed Tender Documents in plain envelopes indicating the Tender Number and without identifying the sender must be addressed to;

Tender document shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the ADH Boardroom-Administration Block 1SI floor, Main Campus
