Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS.
All document must be well titled during uploading. Bidders submitting documents through web links or personal links will lead to their automatic disqualification. Note that due diligence may be conducted to ascertain the bidder’s compliance to E-tims (Electronic tax invoicing management System).
Submission of original bid security must be delivered at the office of the Director Supply Chain Management Services, Procurement Department, Office of the Governor- Lodwar. Prices quoted must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the opening date.
