INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONVERSION OF EXISTING CAFERIA TO OFFICES.
TENDER NO: CAN/T/05/2022/2023.
1. The County Assembly of Nakuru invites sealed tenders for the Renovation of ExistingCafeteriato Offices.
2. Tendering will be conducted under request for quotation method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to the invited registered bidders.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below. Tender documents
may be viewed and/or downloaded from the assembly of Nakuru Website;
www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke, IFMIS supplier’s portal; supplier.treasury.go.ke and Public
Procurement Information Portal.; https://www.tenders.go.ke .Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to the address below to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum
3. Tendering is reserved for the selected category of disadvantaged groups shown below:
Small and Medium Enterprises NA
Women Enterprises NA
Youth Enterprise NA
PWD Enterprises NA
4. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for the whole works as one contract.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of their tender.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for120
days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender duly filled tender securing declaration form.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd November, 2022 at 11.00
am Local Time. Completed tenders shall be submitted back in both soft and hardcopies. The softcopies
should be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal and hard copies in plain sealed envelope indicating
tender number and description as described in the Tender Document should be deposited in the Tender
box located at County Assembly reception or send by post to address below.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
