The National Museums of Kenya (NMK) invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF FORT JESUS MZALENDO HERITAGE GARDENS. (Ref:NMK/T/FJMHG/1/2022).
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the Procurement Office, National Museums of Kenya, Museum Hill road, Nairobi during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand (Kes. 1,000) Kenya shillings only or a bankers cheque, payable to the National Museums of Kenya, Cash Office located at the first floor of Heritage Centre building. Bidders who download the tender document from the NMK website (www.museums.or.ke) will not be required to pay. All prospective bidders are advised to visit the website regularly to check any updates or addendum that may be issued.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender box at the entrance of Earth Science building and be addressed to:

So as to reach NMK on or before Tuesday 25th January, 2022 at 12:00PM
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who chose to attend at the NMK Old Boardroom. A mandatory pre-bid site meeting will take place on Friday 14th January 2022 at 10:00am. at Fort Jesus Museum.
