NATIONAL MUSEUMS OF KENYA TENDER MAY 2022
TENDER FOR PROPOSED DIGITISATION PROJECT AT NATIONAL MUSEUMS OF KENYA
(REF: NMK/T/DGT/4/2022).
The National Museums of Kenya (NMK) invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Digitisation Project under FOUR ELEMENTS.
The Four Elements include:
- Proposed Development of Mobile Guiding Application.
- Proposed Development of Learning Management
- Proposed Development of Augmented and Virtual Reality Tours of NMK
- Proposed Provision of Marketing Services for the Digitisation Project
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the Procurement Office, National Museums of Kenya, Museum Hill road, Nairobi during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents for each of the projects may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand (Kes. 1,000) Kenya shillings only or a bankers cheque, pay- able to the National Museums of Kenya, Cash Office located at the first floor of Heritage Centre building. Bidders who download the tender document from the NMK website (www.museums.or.ke) will not be required to pay. All prospective bidders are advised to visit the website regularly to check any updates or addendum that may be issued.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and ref- erence number and deposited in the tender box at the entrance of Earth Science building and be addressed to: The Director General
National Museums of Kenya P.O.BOX 40658 –00100 Nairobi.
So as to reach NMK on or before Tuesday 31st May, 2022 at 12:00PM
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who chose to attend at the NMK Old Boardroom.
