INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. JUD/OT/006/2022-2023
PROPOSED PART COMPLETION OF ELDAMA RAVINE LAW COURTS
The Judiciary invites sealed bids for the construction OF PROPOSED PART COMPLETION OF
ELDAMA RAVINE LAW COURTS.
Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers who may view /obtain the tender
document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications
must be made in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the tender closing date tender. All
Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary website and Public Procurement
Information Portal. A mandatory site visit for bidders will be held on working days during the
tendering period, from 9am to 5pm at Eldama Ravine Law Courts.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, supply delivery, testing and
installation costs and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred
and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender. The Tender must be accompanied by
tender security of Kshs. 300,000.00 (Kenya Shillings Three Hundred Thousand Only) valid
150 days from tender opening date and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or
institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief
Registrar of the Judiciary. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender
documents submitted. Late tenders shall be rejected
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the
tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme
Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:

To be received on or before 16th September, 2022 at 1000hrs.
