TENDER FOR PROVISION OF BOREHOLE DRILLING SERVICES

ACTION AFRICA HELP INTERNATIONAL TENDER AUGUST 2024 

BACKGROUND

Action Africa Help International (AAH-I) is a regional not for profit humanitarian and development organization with a mission of improving the quality of life of livelihood challenged communities. AAH-I has country Programs in Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan, Uganda, Zambia, Djibouti and Ethiopia. AAH-Kenya, an affiliate Country Program of AAH-I, addresses development challenges in partnership with marginalized communities in Arid and Semi-arid areas (ASALs) and low income urban and rural settings. AAH-Kenya supports pastoral communities in Narok West Sub County to sustainably improve their social and economic livelihoods.

AAH-I Kenya over the last 7 years have been working with communities in the Narok west and south sub-counties to sustainably improve their livelihoods by building their resilience to adapt to climate change through supporting climate related interventions e.g. construction of sand dams, promote use of energy saving stoves/jikos and biogas, tree planting, fodder development, building the capacity of community structures i.e. cooperatives, women entrepreneurship skills etc., women social and economic activities, and building capacities of right holders to hold duty bearers accountable to their manifestos.

The organization is inviting bids from reputable companies for provision of borehole drilling services at Olderkesi, Narok West, Kenya.

Interested bidders are requested to down load a detailed tender document from AAHI Website or pick from AAHI Offices situated at Nachu Plaza, 7th Floor, Kiambere road, Upper Hill, Nairobi during working hours (9:00am to 3:00pm) Monday to Friday.

Deadline for submission of the bids will be on 4th September, 2024 at 3:00pm.
