PROVISION OF BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR COUNTY STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER
TENDER NUMBER: 1705631 – 2024/2025
The County Government of Trans Nzoia invites sealed tenders for the provision of Insurance Services for Medical Insurance Cover for County Staff, Trans Nzoia County.
Prospective candidates may obtain further information/details, view and download tender documents free of charge at the County’s website www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the public procurement information portal www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain.transnzoia@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.3,000,000/= in the prescribed manner.
Completed set of tender documents shall be submitted both electronically through the supplier’s portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Friday 24 January, 2025 at 11.00am. In addition, bidders are also required to submit a hard copy of their tender document, firmly bound (Not Spiral Bound) to be dropped in the tender box Located at the County Yard (Kitale Fire Station) on or before the online closure of the tenders .
Late tenders will be rejected.
