INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. NAC/OT/15/2024-2025
PROVISION OF CLEANING AND FUMIGATION SERVICES
1. The National Authority for the Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) invites
sealed tenders from eligible candidates who are registered with National Treasury on
Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) under WOMEN. for the
provision of Cleaning and Fumigation Services for Three-years renewable each year subject
to performance appraisal.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tendering method using a standardized tender
document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspectthe Tender
Documents during office hours 8.00am to 5.00pm at the address given below. Tender
documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.nacada.go.ke/tenders
or www.tenders.go.ke (PPIP portal)
4. A complete set of tender documents will be obtained electronically free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.nacada.go.ke/tenders or www.tenders.go.ke (PPIP portal). Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@nacada.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documentssubmitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 17
th January 2025 at 11.30am
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will bepublicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
