The Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive bidding Procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and its regulations of Public Procurement and  Asset Disposal Regulations 2020.

The tender document can be viewed and downloaded at no fee from Engineers Board of Kenya website www.ebk.or.ke and the Government  portal www.tenders.go.ke. Bidders who download the document MUST  register their details with the Board using the format provided in the tender document and sent through email address:   procurement@ebk.or.ke

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked  with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at Fortis Suit 9^th Floor Upper-hill, Hospital road or be addressed to The Registrar, Engineers Board of Kenya, Po Box 30324-00100 Nairobi so as to be received on or before 29^th October 2020 at 10.30am

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at 10th Floor of Fortis Suite, Upper Hill Hospital Road.
