INVITATION TO TENDER

PROVISION OF FUEL
3. CEMASTEA invites sealed tenders for the provision of fuel to all eligible tenderers. The award will be on need
basis.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National open Tender) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is reserved for all eligible bidders category.
5. Tendering is open to all as specified in number 4 above.
6.Tenderers will be allowed to tender for all categories/lots as specified in the schedule of
requirements.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of (Kenya shillings1,000.00) in cash, Mpesa Paybill number 809655 or Banker’s
Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from
the Website www.cemastea.ac.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.cemastea.ac.ke).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@cemastea.ac.ke, Telephone: +254 020 2044406/+254 706722697 and address 24214-
00502) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security duly filled.
11. The Tenderer shall sequentially serialize ALL pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th July, 2023 at
12.00 noon.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected without opening.
