| Other Details | The Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) is invites sealed tenders from eligible Medical Insurance Underwriters (Brokerage not allowed) to provide Group Medical InsuranceCover for its employees and Board members on a framework contract of two terms/cover periods- 1st period will run (one) year i.e. 20th July 2020-19th July 2021 and second period for one year 20th July 2021 and 19th June 2022.The premiums to be quoted in the form of tender as the contract price in full premiums for the two terms i.e. 20th July 2020 to 19th July 2022.A value for money assessment will be undertaken to end of each period to confirm whether the Bidder is providing satisfactory performance and whether the term in the framework contract remains competitive. Renewal in the second term /period will be subject to satisfactory performance in the first term and availability of an adequate budget to meet obligation in the second term period.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 365 days from the closing date of the tender.
