Kenya Tea Development Agency Holdings Ltd, KTDA (H) Ltd, is seeking the services of a suitable Public Relations Agency to manage communication with stakeholders and to ensure greater visibility of its Brand. KTDA (H) Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the provision of Public Relations Agency Services.
Interested and eligible Public Relations firms may obtain the detailed tender document from the procurement office, on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of a non- refundable tender fee. The tender documents may be requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com upon payment of the tender fee.

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 9.30 am on Tuesday 8th March 2022. The submitted technical bid documents will be opened on the same day.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening time.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
