Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency invites sealed tenders for the provisionofSecurity Services
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.

Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm at the address given below.

2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interestedtendersuponpayment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 Banker’s cheque and payabletoKenyaCommercial Bank, Kisumu Account Number 1104034395.

Tender documents maybeobtainedelectronically from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.keandLVSWWDA website https://www.lvswwda.go.ke/tender/.

Tender documents obtainedelectronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who download the document must forwardtheirparticulars immediately to procurement@lvswwda.go.ke with a copy to mmayi@lvswwda.go.ketofacilitate any further clarification or addenda.

1. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from PPIP website www.tenders.go.ke

and the LVSWWDA website https://www.lvswwda.go.ke/tender/.

Tenderers who downloadthetender document must forward their particulars immediately to (insert email address) tofacilitateany further clarification or addendum.

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh.100,000 (Kenya Shillings:OneHundred Thousand)
2. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

3. Completed tenders must be delivered to the tender box on 26th February 2025, 10.00am(KenyaTime)

Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. Completed tenders to be submitted in1 original and 1 copy.

1. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of theTenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
