INVITATION TO TENDER.
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES

TENDER NO. NAIVAWASCO/PSS/01/2024-2025
1. NAIVASHA WATER AND SANITATION COMPANY LIMITED (NAIVAWACO) invites sealed tenders for the provision of security Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 8:00am to 5:00pm at the address given below. More details on the Services are
provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender
Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents shall be obtained electronically free of charge by interested
tenders by downloading it from the public procurement and information portal (PPIP) or the company
official website www.naivashawater.co.ke
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website,
www.naivashawater.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to procurement@naivashawater.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
6. Tender Security of Ksh150,000 is required.
7. This tender is reserved for special groups, active and valid AGPO Certificate is required.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 19th July, 2024 at
10:00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.

regulations by PPRA at the Company’s Board Room, at the Company Offices located along Kenyatta avenue in the
presence of tenders’ representative who choose to attend
