FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
The County Government of Makueni invites sealed tenders from all eligible candidates in the Category for the provision of security services for three-years framework contract effective 5th May, 2025 or as may be contracted. The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review.
A complete set of tender document may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the Makueni website: www.makueni.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the IFMIS unique negotiation number indicated above.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 170 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 140 days from the date of opening.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security,” of Kshs.100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Kenya Shillings Only) valid for 170 days from tender opening/closing date.
A Completed tender document must be submitted through the IFMIS portal www.treasury.go.ke as per requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before 17th April, 2024 at 10:00 AM indicated in the IFMIS. Hard copy tenders will not be permitted.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.supplier.treasury.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to www.makueni.go.ke .
