INVITATION TO TENDER
Tender for Provision of Work Injury Benefit Act (WIBA) Insurance Services
The Egerton University Investment Company invites sealed tenders for the provision of
Insurance Services for Work Injury Benefit Act (WIBA) Insurance Services. Tendering will
be conducted underopen competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document
and is open to all qualified andinterested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one
or more items.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0800-1700hrs at the address given below. Tender documents
may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.archotel.ac.ke
2. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from www.archotel.ac.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.archotel.ac.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately toarcprocurement@egerton.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh. 10,000 from a bank
recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 150 days.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 23 rd January, 2024 at
10.30 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below

8. Late tenders will be rejected.
