INVITATION TO TENDER 
REFURBISHMENT OF KABETE LABS  
The KEVEVAPI invites sealed tenders for the REFURBISHMENT OF KABETE LABS
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [Open National Tender] using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
To enhance equity:
Bidders can only be Awarded a Maximum of One (1) Tender, under this Tender Notice No. 1-2023- 2024, and
Director’s and bidders who have running contracts with us (KEVEVAPI) for this financial year 2023/2024 are NOT
eligible to Bid for this Tender.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours
[9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.] at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be may be obtained electronically from the Website (s) www.kevevapi.or.ke
OR www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free ofcharge.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to vaccines@kevevapi.or.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for (91) daysfromthe
date of opening oftenders.
All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security of Kshs.100,000.00
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 8.30 a.m. on 28th June, 2024. ElectronicTenders
will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date andtime
specified later.Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representativeswho choose to
attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
