REFURBISHMENT, SUPPLY, AND INSTALLATION OF ASSORTED SIMULATION LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
Malteser International (ML) is the worldwide relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta with over 60 years of relief and recovery during and following conflicts and disasters. Ml’s vision is a life in health and dignity for all; with an approach to protect health by ensuring people have access to functioning medical structures, adequate nutrition, WASH and resilience against future crises.
The German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development-Social Structural Fund throwgh Ml is implementing the Upesi Health Project which seeks to improve emergency medical care with focus on pre-hospital care through promotion of appropriate legislation, enhanced private public partnership, standardized training curriculum, accreditation, improved coordination of relevant actors and strengthening of systems and associations.
Ml is currently supporting Masinde Muliro University of Science andTechnology to set up a high-fidelity simulation laboratory.
Ml hereby invites eligible and interested candidates to bid for the following tenders.

Interested and eligible firms may obtain further information from our office during normal working hours 09:00hrs to I6:00hrs,on Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

Duly completed tender documents – with copies of company profile, registration documents, operating licenses, KRA Pin & Tax compliance certs, Financials, Recommendations and Signed code of conduct for Humanitarian work,Whistle blowing, duly filled tender questioner clearly marked with Tender name.
Category number shall be sent to our procurement email: mb.procurement-nairobi@malteser-intemational.org
and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender name and number, drop hard copies in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance of Ml office at Off-Wood Avenue, Kilimani. and not any other place, to reach not later than 15:00pm on 6th December, 2022.
Opening of the bid documents will be done immediately thereafter in the presence of all Tender committee members.
