INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR REPAIR, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTOR CYCLES (RESERVED FOR “MAIN DEALERS ONLY”)
TENDER REFERENCE: MICNG/KPS/10/2022-2024
1. The Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, State Department for Interior and Citizen Services (Kenya Police Service) invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible bidders for Repair, Service and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles and Motor Cycles from Main Dealers only.
2. Invited tenderer may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office normal working hours from 8.00am – 12.30pm and 2.30pm – 4.50 pm at 4th Floor room 421, Head Supply Chain Management Services Offices, Vigilance House, Harambee Avenue Nairobi.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates at www.tender.go.ke and www.interior.go.ke for free of charge before the closing date
4. Tender must be accompanied by a “Tender-Securing Declaration form dully completed signed and stamped in the prescribed format.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender reference
number and Description and deposited in the Tender Box, situated at the KENYA POLICE SERVICE, HEADQUATERS GROUND FLOOR, VIGILANCE HOUSE and addressed to

NAIROBI.
So as to be received on or before Tuesday 31st May, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. East African Time
7. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderer or his representative who choose to attend the tender opening exercise at the KENYA POLICE SERVICE HQS, VIGILANCE HOUSE (ANNEX) ALONG HARAMBEE AVENUE AT THE CONFERENCE ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR, at stipulated date and time.
8. Prices quoted should be NET inclusive of all Government taxes, delivery costs of water to respective user camps indicated on the schedule of requirements and must remain valid for 270 days from the closing date of the tender.
9. Bidders shall be required to submit copies of all the relevant registration certificates in regards to repair, service and maintenance of motor cycles.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
11. The Government of the Republic of Kenya reserves the right to accept, reject or terminate any tender at any time without assigning reasons for its decision thereof.
