SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 51-SEATER SCHOOL BUS – ISUZU FRR 90SU.
Iyego Secondary School PMC of Kangema NG-CDF invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY
AND DELIVERY OF 51-SEATER SCHOOL BUS – ISUZU FRR 90SU. Tendering will be
conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 08:00HRS TO 05:00HRS Kenyan time at the
address given below.
2. Acomplete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested
tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 1,000 Kshs cash or Banker’s
Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be
obtained electronically from the Website, https://tenders.go.ke/ Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the websites
https://tenders.go.ke/ Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particularsimmediately to cdfkangema@ngcdf.go.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
4. Tendersshall be quoted inKenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall
remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening oftenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
6. Tenderers to serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6TH
NOVEMBER 2023 at 10:00 am EAT. Electronic Tenders Will Not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence ofthe Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to
attend at the address below.
9. Late tenderswill be rejected.
