TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE SUV-4WD-2.0L CVT FULLY LOADED SUCH AS RAV4
3. The Moi University invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of a Motor Vehicle SUV-4WD2.0L CVT FULLY LOADED SUCH AS RAV4 for Financial years 2022 – 2023 to be delivered at Moi
University-Main campus
4. Tendering will be conducted under open national tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Tenderers who are qualified are eligible to bid.
6. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document
during office hours from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m
7. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon
payment of a non- refundable fee of KES.1000 in cash .Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from www.tenders.go.ke or Moi University website: www.mu.ac.ke at no cost
8. Tender document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke or .
www.mu.ac.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to using the email dvcaps@mu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 350,000/- in form of Banker’s
cheque, bank or insurance guarantee valid for 150 days after date of tender opening.
10. Tenders must be quoted in Kenya shillings and shall include taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
120 days from the date of opening of the tenders.
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below Ag Procurement Officer Moi Universty
P.O. Box 3900 – 30100, Eldoret
on or before 3/11/ 2022 at 11.00 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
