INVITATION TO TENDER

DESCRIPTION- SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A PASSENGER VEHICLE (VAN), L.W.B, 2,755-3,OOOCC, DIESEL, 134HP, ABS.

Kisiwa Technical Training Institute invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of a passenger vehicle [Van], L.W.B, 2755-3000cc, diesel, 134HP, ABS.

Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender section 96,97 and 98 of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and Regulations 85 and 86 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 8:00AM to 5:00Pm at the Procurement Office.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by the tenderers from the institute website:- www.kisiwatech.ac.ke free of Charge or from Procurement office upon payment of non-refundable fee of kshs1,000/= (One thousand Kenya shillings only) at the accounts office.

Tenderers are required to submit their details to procurement@kisiwatech.ac.ke .confirming download and intention to participate.

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Completed tenders must be delivered on or before Friday 17th  November, 2023 at 10:30AM to:-

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline on Friday 17th November, 2023 at 10:30AM. The Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers’ or Late tenders will be rejected.
