BIDDERS

The following must be submitted together with the bid;

  • Certified copy of incorporation/certificate of registration.
  • Certified copy of valid kra tax compliance certificate.
  • Certified copy of cr12 issued within 12 months/valid AGPO.
  • Certified copy of valid single business permit
  • Must provide 2% bid bond tender security
  • Bidders shall sequentially serialise all pages of tender submitted
