BACKGROUND
Education Development Center [EDC] is a global nonprofit that advances lasting solutions to improve education, promote health, and expand economic opportunity, with a focus on vulnerable and under-served populations. Since 1958, we have been a leader in designing, implementing, and evaluating powerful and innovative programs in more than 80 countries around the world.
EDC was selected by the United States Agency for International Development [USAID] to implement the Kenya Primary Literacy Program [KPLP]. KPLP is a five-year initiative that supports the Kenyan Ministry of Education to deliver interventions at scale as well as pilot and expand innovations that address the language and literacy needs of primary grade learners while building more inclusive, accountable, and resilient education institutions and systems.
EDC-the implementers of KPLP, is seeking quotations from eligible and interested Offerors for Supply and delivery of assorted IT/office equipment.
Interested Offerors to send an email request to: kplpprocurement@edc.org requesting for o Request for Quotation document. The following must accompany the email request:
- i)Proof of Reseller/Dealership certification (Attach Reseller/ Dealership certificate]
- ii)Tax Compliance Certificate
SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS:
Complete quotations can be submitted to the Email: Kplpprocurement@edc.org
All quotations submitted shall reference the RFQ Number:
- i)RFQ NO. 2025-0001 and the title “Supply and delivery of assorted IT/Communication equipment”
Complete Quotations must be submitted as per the dates provided on the RFQ.
