TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED OFFICE FURNITURE TO CBK PENSION SECRETARIAT OFFICES AT THE CBK PENSION TOWERS

INVITATION TO TENDER
1. The CBK Pension Secretariat comprising the Central Bank of Kenya Pension Fund and Banki Kuu
Pension Scheme 2012 invites sealed tenders for supply and delivery of assorted office furniture to
the Pensions Secretariat offices at CBK Pension Towers
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during normal office hours Monday to Friday i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below;
4. A completed set of tender documents containing detailed information may be downloaded from the
PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke OR Central Bank of Kenya website: www.centralbank.go.ke at no cost.
Bidders who download the tender document are advised to forward their particulars immediately using
the Email: supplies@centralbank.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya shillings, inclusive of all
taxes and shall remain valid for a period of 30 days after tender validity.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an original Tender Security of Kshs.50,000.00 valid up to 30
days after validity of the tender.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders, in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name & reference number, must be
delivered to the address below on or before 19th June 2024 at 10.30 a.m. (East African Time) and be
deposited in the tender box located at the Main entrance to Motor gallery opposite Agip House along
Haile Selassie Avenue. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later in the Pension Secretariat Boardroom on the ground floor of Motor
Gallery opposite Agip House along Haile Selassie Avenue. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend. Bidders’ representatives
and other persons who choose to attend the tender opening session will be required to have identification
documents (National ID/Passport).
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
