INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BOLLARDS.

2. The Nairobi City County invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e. Supply and Delivery of
Bollards (8th gauge 16)
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. The Tender is open to all interested eligible tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours i.e. 8.00am to 5.00pm] at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of (1000 Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address
given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.tenders,go.ke.
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tenders.go.ke).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
Email:nairobiprocurement@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 150,000/=
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 31st January 2025
11. Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
14.The IFMIS system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing. Completed tender
documents are to be uploaded online vide negotiation number 1712948 through the IFMIS supplier portal –
supplier.treasury.go.ke and also MUST SUBMIT an Original and a Copy to the tender box located at the City
Hall Room 400, Supply Chain Management Office so as to be received on or before 31st January 2025 at 11.30 a.m.
